• Rugs arrive vacuumed sealed for protection during the shipping process – once opened rugs may take up to 24 hours to lay flat.
• We recommend a light vacuuming of the rug to assist in the settling process.

• Production Time: All orders are processed within 5 – 7 business days.
• Processing Time: It takes 1 – 2 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.
• Shipping Time: You will receive your order in the USA from 5 – 11 business days and in other countries from 10 – 16 business days. This time is from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order is placed.
